BrokerBuddha had an extremely complicated product UI. Given that they’re an insurance company, this was no surprise — still, they wanted to do something about it.
We identified the key pages and flows where:
- Users would visit the most, and
- Run into friction all the time.
We started redesigning them one at a time, and testing them with SMEs and customers as we went.
